Exercise of Options
The Board announces that, pursuant to the exercise of options granted under the Company's Employee Share Option Plan, 60,000 ordinary shares in the Company have been issued and allotted.
Accordingly, application has been made for the 60,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on 27 May 2009.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing shares of the Company. Following this allotment, the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 89,823,459 ordinary shares.
