Issue of Equity

The Directors of TP10 VCT plc are pleased to announce that the Company has applied for the fourth allotment of 1,503,485 Ordinary Shares allotted on 12 March 2010 pursuant to the offer for subscription dated 16 September 2009 at a price of £1 per share to be admitted to the Official List. 

Dealing of the shares is expected to commence on or around 19 March 2010.

As a consequence of this allotment, a total of 6,161,687 Ordinary Shares have now been allotted under the Offer.
