UTI Bank Limited19 December 2006 We are pleased to inform that the Committee of Directors of the Bank has todaymade the allotment of 2,72,838 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employeesof the Bank, under ESOP. The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased to28,11,93,673 equity shares from 28,05,13,806 equity shares during the quarter(October to December 2006). Further, the Bank had made allotment of 1,75,825shares on 13th October, 2006 and 2,31,204 shares on 15th November, 2006. Thetotal increase during quarter was 6,79,867 equity shares.
