Red Leopard Holdings PLC18 May 2005 RED LEOPARD HOLDINGS PLC ISSUE OF EQUITY The Board of Red Leopard Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that, further tothe Acquisition of Harrell Hotels (Europe) Ltd described in the admissiondocument issued by the Company at the time of its admission to trading on AIM on31 March 2005 (the "Admission Document"), it has allotted 30,769,230 InitialShares to Harrell Hospitality Group, Inc., based on the average share price ofthe Company over the 42 days following the Company's admission to trading onAIM. Application has been made for the 30,769,230 new ordinary shares of the Companyto be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 23 May2005.
