Amphion Innovations plc (LSE: AMP), the developer of medical and technology businesses, today announces that the Company has issued 160,000 ordinary shares at a price of 13.50 pence per ordinary share, representing 0.12% of the enlarged issued share capital, to MC Services AG, its German Public Relations firm in lieu of fees.

Admission of the 160,000 new ordinary shares, ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, is expected on 5 July 2010. Following this allotment the total issued share capital of the Company will increase to 132,748,923 ordinary shares with each share holding one voting right.
