Wynnstay Group PLC24 April 2008 Wynnstay Group plc (the "Company") Issue of equity The Company announces that it has issued 45,000 ordinary shares of 25p each inthe Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of warrants at 190 penceper share. Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted totrading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 30 April 2008.
