Ventus 2 VCT PLC22 March 2006 Ventus 2 VCT plc (the "Company") 22 March 2006 ISSUE OF EQUITY Ventus 2 VCT plc announces that at a board meeting held on 21 March 2006,1,672,709 Ordinary Shares of 25 pence each were issued and allotted at a priceof 100 pence per share pursuant to its Offer for Subscription. Following thisallotment, the issued share capital of the Company is 4,011,048 Ordinary Shares. The Offer for Subscription remains open until 31 May 2005 unless closed orextended before that time.
