SUB: ALLOTMENT OF EQUITY SHARES UNDER ESOP - AXIS BANK

We are pleased to inform that the Committee of Directors of the Bank have allotted 4,24,295 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on 18th December, 2009 to the employees of the Bank, under ESOP. 

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly get increased from 40,19,47,302 equity shares as on 30th September, 2009 to 40,36,32,764 equity shares.

Further, please note that the Bank had allotted total 4,46,932 equity shares during the month of October, 2009 and 8,14,235 equity shares during the month of November, 2009.
