Kryso Resources plc ('Kryso' or 'the Company') Exercise of Warrants

Kryso Resources plc (AIM: KYS) announces that 240,000 ordinary shares in the Company have been issued pursuant to the exercise of warrants.

A total of 240,000 warrants were exercised at a price of £0.08 per share. Aggregate funds of £19,200.00 have been received by the Company.

Application has been made for the shares issued to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 18 February 2010. Following admission there will be 157,835,697 ordinary shares in issue.
