Global Coal Management PLC23 April 2007 GLOBAL COAL MANAGEMENT PLC ISSUE OF EQUITY Global Coal Management plc ("the Company"), today announces that pursuant to anexercise of existing options, it has issued and allotted 10,000 new OrdinaryShares of 10p each, at a price of 75p. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Sharesof 10p each in the Company and trading of these shares on AIM is expected tocommence on 27th April 2007.
