Issue of Equity
The Directors of Energiser Investments PLC ('the Company'), formerly Billam Plc, wish to announce that application has today been made for 17,705,861 new ordinary shares issued at 2.75 pence per share to be admitted to trading on AIM.
The new ordinary shares are issued to Mr Wicks on conversion of part of his loan to the Company, and to Mr Bennett, Mr Malde and Mr Cramer in lieu of cash remuneration, as a result:
Mr Wicks has received 13,090,909 new ordinary shares and is now interested in 16,080,594 ordinary shares which represent 56.80% of the enlarged issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
Mr Malde has received 1,895,464 new ordinary shares and is now interested in 1,935,464 ordinary shares, which represents 6.84% of the enlarged issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
Mr Bennett has received 450,000 new ordinary shares and is now interested in 500,000 ordinary shares, which represents 1.77% of the enlarged issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
Mr Cramer has received 2,269,488 new ordinary shares and is now interested in 2,269,488 ordinary shares, which represents 8.02% of the enlarged issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
