Exercise of Employee Share Options

Prime People announces that it has made application to AIM for 125,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company as a result of the exercise of employee share options. The ordinary shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 14 September. Following this share issue the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 12,066,500 ordinary shares, of which a total of 102,000 are held in treasury. Therefore the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights in Prime People is 11,964,500 ordinary shares.

The above figure of 11,964,500 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
