Renewable Energy Holdings plc13 August 2007 13 August 2007 Renewable Energy Holdings plc ("REH" or "the Company") Warrant exercise Renewable Energy Holdings plc (AIM: REH), the AIM quoted investor and operatorof proven and innovative renewable energy technologies, announces that, furtherto the announcement of 3 August 2007, it has received valid exercisenotifications from holders of warrants to subscribe for new ordinary shares of 1pence each in the capital of the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") at a price of50 pence each in respect of a total of 4,692,000 New Ordinary Shares. In addition, the Company has also received a valid warrant exercise notificationfrom a further holder of warrants in respect of a further 4,000,000 New OrdinaryShares at a price of 50 pence each. In aggregate, therefore, valid warrant exercise notices have been received inrespect of 8,692,000 New Ordinary Shares and the gross funds raised for theCompany from these warrant exercises will be approximately £4.35 million beforeexpenses (approximately £4.17 million net of expenses). These new funds are inaddition to the £4.0 million raised before expenses through the conditionalplacing announced on 3 August 2007. Application will be made today for these New Ordinary Shares to be admitted totrading on AIM which is expected to occur on 17 August 2007. Following the admission to trading on AIM of the New Ordinary Shares referred toherein and following admission to trading on AIM of the New Ordinary Sharesconditionally placed with investors referred to in the announcement of 3 August2007, the Company's issued ordinary share capital will be 61,958,669 ordinaryshares of 1 pence each.
