ISSUE OF EQUITY
London: 15 April 2011 - ECR Minerals plc announces that it has issued 1,600,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence par value pursuant to the exercise of 1,600,000 warrants at a price of 1p per share.
Pursuant to this announcement application has been made for 1,600,000 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings are expected to commence on 21 April 2011. The Company now has a total of 537,062,223 ordinary shares in issue.
