The following amendment has been made to the RNS headline which should read "Issue of Equity" released today at 10.31 am under RNS No. 2844H
Corac Group plc ("the Company")
The Company has issued 50,000 ordinary shares as a result of the exercise of employee share options issued under the Enterprise Management Incentive scheme at an exercise price of 10p. These shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 24 June 2013.
The total number of voting Ordinary Shares in issue following this exercise of options is 307,930,416.
