Future Internet Technologies PLC03 May 2007 3 May 2007 Future Internet Technologies plc (the "Company") Issue of Equity The Company announces that it has today issued 50,000 new Ordinary Shares of 5peach ("Ordinary Shares") in connection with the exercise of Series 2 Warrants. Application has been made today for the 50,000 new Ordinary Shares to beadmitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and dealings are expected to commenceon 9 May 2007. As a result of the issue of the new Ordinary Shares, the issued share capitalnow comprises 52,499,800 Ordinary Shares. The total number of voting rights as at 3 May 2007 is 52,499,800. There are noshares in treasury and there is no other class of share in issue which hasvoting rights.
