Issue of Equity
Roxi is pleased to announce it has issued 6,000,000 ordinary shares at 10 pence per share. It is expected that the shares will be admitted to trading on AIM occur on 28 September 2009.
Following this placing the total issued share capital of the Company will be 389,619,625 ordinary shares of 1p each. The Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, following the issue, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 389,619,625.
