PROACTIS Holdings PLC ("PROACTIS", the "Group" or the "Company"), the specialist Spend Control software provider, today announces that 215,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been issued and allotted pursuant to the exercise of share options by a former employee.

 

Application has been made for the 215,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and dealings are expected to commence on 16 December 2013. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares.

 

 

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following Admission will be 31,798,040, with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are 63,777 Ordinary Shares held in Treasury. Accordingly, the figure of 31,734,263 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
