Elderstreet VCT PLC03 March 2006 Elderstreet VCT plc ("the Company")3 March 2006 The Directors are pleased to announce that the Company has made the followingallotments in accordance with the pricing formula set out in the Offers forsubscription dated 1 November 2005 ("the Offer"). On 1 March 2006, 629,072Ordinary Shares of 5p each were allotted under the Offers at a price ofapproximately 68.89p per share. Application for the new shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UKListing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market forlisted securities will be made at the earliest practical opportunity. Included within the above, is 290,323 Shares allotted to Michael Jackson, aDirector of the Company, at a price of approximately 68.89p per Share andrepresenting approximately 2.0% of the issued share capital.
