Issue of equity and director's dealing
CML Microsystems Plc announces that, on 28 July 2011, it issued 49,814 new 5p ordinary shares in satisfaction of employees exercising share options. 30,883 of these shares were issued to Nigel Clark following the exercise of options by him and were subsequently sold at a price of £2.17 per share. In addition, on 28 July, Nigel Clark and his wife sold a further 130,598 shares at a price of £2.17 per share. Following, the issue of these shares, the Company has 15,762,341 shares in issue and Nigel Clark is interested in options over 136,279 shares and in 100,000 shares, which represents 0.63 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
