Issue of equity, director shareholding and total voting rights

The Board of RHM announces that the Company has issued a total of 3,076,924 new ordinary shares of US$0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares") to certain members of RHM's senior management team and a Director of the Company. All of the Ordinary Shares have been issued at a price of 13p per Ordinary Share. The Ordinary Shares have been issued as follows:

· 1,538,462 Ordinary Shares have been issued to Mr Cheong Chia Chieh, Group Managing Director of RHM, as a year end bonus.

· 769,231 Ordinary Shares have been issued to Ms Chan Foong Ping, Finance Director of RHM, as a year end bonus.

· 769,231 Ordinary Shares have been issued to Mr Cheong Tze Wai, Senior Vice President of Operations of RHM, as a year end bonus.

The Ordinary Shares issued by RHM pursuant to the above arrangements will represent 6.41 per cent. of RHM's enlarged issued share capital.

Director shareholding

On Admission, Cheong Chia Chieh (Managing Director of RHM) will have a total interest in 10,918,479 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 22.74 per cent. of RHM's enlarged issued share capital.

Admission and total voting rights

Application will be made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will occur on or around 13 January 2014. Following Admission the Company will have 48,021,350 Ordinary Shares in issue, each with voting rights.
