Northern Venture Trust PLC16 December 2005 Northern Venture Trust PLC ("The Company") Issue of Shares The Company announces that on 16 December 2005 the Company allotted 329,148ordinary shares of 25p each to shareholders who agreed to subscribe for sharesunder the terms of the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme. The subscriptionprice was 80.2p per share. There remain 39,126,102 ordinary shares in issue.
