Artilium PLC10 July 2007 10 July 2007 Artilium plc ("the Company") Issue of Equity The Company announces that it has today issued 100,000 new Ordinary Shares of 5peach ("Ordinary Shares") in connection with the exercise of Series 2 Warrants. Application has been made today for the 100,000 new Ordinary Shares to beadmitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on Monday, 16July 2007. As a result of the issue of the new Ordinary Shares, the issued share capital ofthe Company now comprises 53,599,800 Ordinary Shares. The total number of voting rights as at 10 July 2007 is 53,599,800. There areno shares in treasury and there is no other class of share in issue which hasvoting rights. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator forthe calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the FSA'sDisclosure and Transparency Rules.
