Conversion of Kilimanjaro bond

Daniel Stewart Securities Plc (AIM: DAN), the investment bank providing corporate advisory, institutional stockbroking and wealth management services, notifies that, further to the Company's announcement of 17 November 2017, Kilimanjaro Private Capital PTE Limited, and that, Kilimanjaro Private Capital PTE Limited have exercised their right to convert the £300,000 non-redeemable callable bond.

Accordingly, 20,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Shares") are being issued to Kilimanjaro Private Capital PTE Limited , following which Kilimanjaro Private Capital PTE Limited interest shall comprise 42,471,621 Shares, representing approximately 4.46% per cent. of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.

Upon issue the new Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary shares. Application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of the 20,000,000 new Shares ("Admission"), However because the Company's shares are currently suspended from trading it is not anticipated that admission will occur.

The Company's issued share capital will comprise 952,272,580 ordinary shares. This figure should be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
