Glen Group PLC14 May 2007 Glen Group plc (the "Company") Placing to raise £350,000 The Company is pleased to announce that it has issued 100,000,000 new ordinaryshares of 0.1p each at 0.35p per share to raise £350,000, before expenses. TheCompany is in advanced discussions to make several acquisitions which arecomplementary to the Company's existing businesses and the net funds raised areexpected to be used in connection with the financing of one or more of thoseacquisitions and to meet associated expenses. The new shares will rank pari passu with other ordinary shares and applicationhas been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 18May 2007.
