Printing.com plc20 August 2007 PRINTING.COM PLC (the "Company") Issue of Equity Printing.com plc announces that at a board meeting held on 17 August 2007 itallotted 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company in accordance with athird party option agreement. Application will be made at the earliestpracticable opportunity for admission of the new ordinary shares to trading onthe Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. The enlarged issued share capital of the Company now consists of 44,948,465ordinary shares of 1p each.
