Proven VCT PLC18 April 2007 ProVen VCT plc 18 April 2007 Issue of Equity ProVen VCT plc announces that on 17 April 2007, 161,467 'C' Shares of 25p eachwere issued and allotted at a price of 100 pence per share under the Offers forSubscription made by the Company dated 14 November 2006. Application for the new shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UKListing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market forlisted securities will be made at the earliest practical opportunity. ProVen VCT plc also announces a correction to the allotment on 5 April 2007(announced as RNS 5830U at 10:29 on 10 April 2007) whereby 23,150 shares wereallotted in error. The corrected number of 'C' Shares allotted on 5 April was2,340,234 and not 2,363,384 as originally stated.
