JPMorgan Global Growth & Income Plc (the 'Company') announces that today it has issued 108,405 Ordinary Shares for cash from treasury at 501.00 pence per share.

 

Following this issue, the Company's issued share capital consists of 516,527,308 Ordinary Shares and 50,000 shares held in Treasury. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
