Issue of Equity
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 200,000 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM. These ordinary shares have been issued to one of the Company's professional advisers in lieu of certain professional fees.
Admission is expected to occur on 16 September 2009 and the new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
