Issue of Equity

The Company announces that it has allotted 3,000 new ordinary shares of 1p each ("New Ordinary Shares") pursuant to an exercise of options by a former employee. An application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur at 08.00 am on or around 22 January 2015 ("Admission"). Following Admission, the Company will have 37,846,216 voting ordinary shares in issue.

The above figure (37,846,216) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Bond under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
