Issue of New Ordinary Shares

The Board of ING UK Real Estate Income Trust Limited (the "Company") announces that following the first closing date of the Offer and elections received from shareholders of Rugby Estates Investment Trust plc, a total of 13,399,728 New Ordinary Shares of the Company will be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange and the Channel Islands Stock Exchange, from 8.00 a.m. on 14th May 2010.
