Zenergy Power PLC22 January 2008 Zenergy Power plc ("Zenergy" or the "Group") Issue of equity and total voting rights Zenergy announces that, following receipt of Notices of Exercise, options havebeen exercised in respect of 73,119 new ordinary shares of £0.01 each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares"). Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to tradingon AIM on or around 25 January 2007. The new Ordinary Shares will rank paripassu with the existing ordinary share capital of the Company and have beenallotted and issued credited as fully paid. Following admission, the total issued share capital of the Company with votingrights will be 44,020,931 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold anyOrdinary Shares in Treasury.
