Directors' Shareholdings/Issue of equity
10 October 2012Deltex Medical Group plc ("Deltex Medical" or the "Company"), the global leader in oesophageal Doppler monitoring ("ODM"), announces that it has issued a total of 544,961 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") at a price of 24.00 pence per share.
The four non-executive directors named below have elected to take New Ordinary Shares in lieu of a cash payment as remuneration for their services to the Company for the period 1 October 2011 to 30 September 2012.
Paul Mitchell has elected to take New Ordinary Shares in lieu of £11,500 of salary in respect of the period 1 January 2012 to 30 September 2012.
In addition to the above, the Company also announces that it has today issued a total of 113,281 New Ordinary Shares to advisors and a former employee of the Company at a price of 24.00 pence per share.
Accordingly, application has been made for these New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on Tuesday 16 October 2012. Following the issue of these new shares the Company has a total of 150,598,470 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue.
