Exercise of Options, Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights
Amiad (AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and filtration solutions, announces that it has allotted 1,298 ordinary shares of NIS 0.5 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options by an employee (non-PDMR) under the Company's Employee 2012 Share Option Plan.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 1,298 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00am GMT on 24 February 2021. The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued Ordinary Shares.
Following Admission of the new Ordinary Shares, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 30,398,357 each with one vote. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. There are no shares held in treasury.
