Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights
Conduity Capital (AIM: CCAP) announces that it has received notifications from a warrant holder to exercise warrants over a total of 4,500,000 shares in the share capital of the Company ("the Warrant Shares") at an exercise price of 1.5 pence per share. The consideration for the exercise of the Warrant Shares amounts, in aggregate, to a cash value of £67,500.
The Warrant Shares have been allotted and application will be made for the Warrant Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"); Admission is expected to be on or about 30 March 2021. The Warrant Shares will rank pari passu with the ordinary shares of the Company already in issue.
Total voting rights
The Company's total issued share capital, following the issue of the Warrant Shares, will be 163,084,911 ordinary shares. As the Company does not hold any shares in Treasury, this figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company following Admission.
