Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

The Company announces that it has today issued and allotted 444,972 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Company following an exercise of options which were granted under the Company's EMI scheme.

The 444,972 new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares and application will be made for these new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission will occur at 08:00 a.m. on 13 February 2012.

Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of the 444,972 new ordinary shares, the Company will have a total of 652,825,019 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in issue. The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
