ISSUE OF EQUITY AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
The Directors of Triple Point VCT 2011 plc are pleased to announce the allotment of 2,687,468 Venture Shares of 1p each at an average price of 93.735p per share on 21 December 2020 pursuant to the offer for subscription set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 14 September 2020. As part of today's Venture Share allotment, Timothy Clarke, a Non Executive Director of the Company, acquired 27,052 Venture Shares in the Company. The notification further below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail.
The shares allotted are to be admitted to the Official List. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 7 January 2021.
As a consequence of this allotment the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 31,988,874:

NOTES:
The Company is a Venture Capital Trust incorporated in July 2010. The Investment Manager is Triple Point Investment Management LLP. The Company was established to fund small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).
