Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Further to the announcement on 15 April 2013, the Company announces the placing of a further 25,000,000 new ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of US$0.08 per share. Together with the placing of 25,000,000 new Ordinary Shares announced on 15 April 2013, the Company has placed 50,000,000 Ordinary Shares and has raised gross proceeds of US$4.0 million, in aggregate, which will be used for further investments and to fund on-going working capital requirements.

Application will be made for the 25,000,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 7 May 2013.

Following the issue of Ordinary Shares announced today and on 15 April 2013, the Company will have 126,284,645 Ordinary Shares in issue.

There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 126,284,645 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the AIM Rules for Companies.

As a result of the placing announced today, Wong Chun Hung, a private investor, will have an aggregate holding of 25,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 19.80 per cent. of the Company's enlarged issued share capital. Further, the holding of China Thrive Investments Limited has been diluted to 19.80 per cent, of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.
