ISSUE OF EQUITY AND TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

The Directors of Triple Point Venture VCT Plc (the "Company") are pleased to announce the allotment of 9,866,963 Venture Shares of 1p each at an average price of 94.638p pence per share on 16 February 2026 pursuant to the offer for subscription set out in a prospectus issued by the Company on 5 September 2025.

The shares allotted are to be admitted to the Official List. Admission is expected to become effective on or around 17 February 2026.

As a consequence of this allotment the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now 119,889,748 Venture Class Shares.
