Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Redhall Group plc (AIM: RHL), the specialist engineering support services group, announced on 7 March 2014 that it had raised £7.5 million through an institutional share placing, subject to approval by Shareholders. The Board is pleased to announce that following approval given at yesterday's General Meeting, the Placing Shares will be admitted to trading on AIM today at 8.00am.

Immediately following Admission the Company will have 49,077,469 Ordinary Shares in issue. Since the Company currently holds no shares in treasury, the total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 49,077,469 and this figure may therefore be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Redhall's Chief Executive, Richard Shuttleworth, said:
