Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Cornerstone FS plc (AIM: CSFS), the cloud-based provider of international payment, currency risk management and electronic account services to SMEs, announces that that on 8 April 2022, the Company allotted and issued 123,000 new ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("New Shares") at a price of 26.5 pence per New Share. The New Shares have been issued and allotted to the recipient as consideration for investor relations services.

Application will be made for the admission of the 123,000 New Shares to trading on AIM and it is expected that dealings in the New Shares will commence on or around Tuesday 19 April 2022. On admission the New Shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing ordinary shares.

Total Voting Rights

Following admission of the New Shares, the total issued share capital of the Company will consist of 23,683,616 ordinary shares. As such the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 23,683,616 ordinary shares. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
