Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

Further to its announcement on 22 August 2018 Koovs plc ("Koovs" or the "Company") announces that it has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for 42,840,000 Subscription Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective on or around 27 September 2018.

Following admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 356,100,293 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury, therefore the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights will be 356,100,293. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.

Capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings given to them in the announcement dated 22 August 2018.
