Issue of Equity and Holdings in the Company

London, 10 November 2014 - Touchstone announces that pursuant to the placing announced on 31 October 2014, 78,947,368 common shares of no par value have now been admitted to trading on AIM. The Company's issued share capital comprises 480,982,800 common shares ("Enlarged Share Capital") and the above figure (480,982,800) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Touchstone under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Notification of a Change in Shareholding

The Company has received several notifications from shareholders advising of their shareholding following the increase in issued share capital.

Touchstone was notified on 10 November 2014 by Mr Ilyas Khan that his aggregate beneficial ownership has increased again in addition to the notification made on 6 November 2014, from 41,233,855 to 43,033,855, representing 8.95% of the Company's Enlarged Share Capital (threshold passed 8%) held as to: Pennine Capital Limited, 23,000,000 common shares; ECK Partners Holdings Limited, 17,220,859 common shares; and Stanhill Special Situations Fund Limited, 2,812,996 common shares.

Touchstone was notified on 10 November 2014 by Arrigoni Investments Inc. (AIC) that its shareholding remains unchanged at 80,366,000 shares representing 16.71% of the Company's Enlarged Share Capital.

Touchstone was notified on 10 November 2014 by Inversiones Y Asesorias El Cardonal SA (IAEC) that its shareholding remains unchanged at 48,608,000 shares representing 10.11% of the Company's Enlarged Share Capital.
