Location Sciences Group PLC (AIM: LSAI), the pre-eminent global location verification provider to the $106 billion digital advertising industry, announces that it has issued 943,397 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at 3.35p per new Ordinary Share, being the closing mid-market price on 23 May 2019, to Donald "Donnie" Williams, Non-Executive Director of the Company, in lieu of certain fees. Following this issue, Mr Williams will have a total beneficial interest in 943,397 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.27% of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.

An application has been made for the 943,397 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM which is expected to occur at 8.00 a.m. on 7 June 2019 ("Admission").

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will comprise 343,250,994 Ordinary Shares. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
