Issue of Equity - AMENDMENT

The Company announces that on 17 May 2013 it allotted and issued 242,671 newOrdinary Shares of 1p each at a price of 101.5 pence per share.

Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to theOfficial List of the UK Listing Authority and dealings are expected to commenceon 24 May 2013.

Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 35,310,365Ordinary Shares.

These new shares in the Company have been issued subsequent to the Company'sDividend Re-Investment Scheme.
