The Directors of Octopus Titan VCT 2 plc are pleased to announce an allotment on18 February 2008 of 543,512 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") at aprice of 100 pence per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 2 November2007.
