Issue of Equity

The Company announces that on 7 March 2011 it allotted and issued 319,164 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each at a price of 117.3p per share under the Offer for Subscription launched on 14 December 2010.

Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and dealings are expected to commence on 10 March 2011.

Following this allotment the Company now has 59,039,661 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
