The Company announces that on 30 January 2012 it allotted and issued 1,247,556 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each under the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme ("the Scheme") at a price of 87.5 pence per share.

Following these allotments the issued share capital of the Company is 41,939,604 Ordinary Shares.
