JPMorgan Global Growth & Income Plc (the 'Company') announces that today it has issued a further 100,000 Ordinary Shares for cash from treasury at 511.20 pence per share.

 

Following this issue, the Company's issued share capital consists of 516,218,903 Ordinary Shares and 358,405 shares held in Treasury. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
