Issue of Equity to Nyrstar

Further to the announcement made on 16 April 2010 that the Company has entered into a Subscription Agreement with Nyrstar International BV ("Nyrstar") pursuant to which Nyrstar has agreed to subscribe £750,000 for 100,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.75p per share, the Company is now pleased to confirm that application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealings are now expected to commence on 27 April 2010.
